What is the best thing to do when you have a total d*ck as your stepdad?

I can't just not do anything anymore. I literally HATE him. And I would looove to kill him but obviously I'm not gonna because I'm not a psychopath but still... He is a nasty slob, has terrible anger issues, and verbally abuses me and my mom. He treats me like I'm retarded and like it's a privillage to be at his house when I hate his disgusting house and would much rather live at my dads but I can't :( I'm not old enough to move out but I can't be around someone like this anymore. It's messing me up and other people can tell. help!! :(((((((
