I am unhappy with my body. How can I get the "nice body" I want?

I am a 15 year old girl. I'm 5'6 and a half (can't forget the half!!) and weight 121 pounds at the moment, but sometimes range all the way up to 126 on a bad day. No; I do NOT think I am fat! I understand I'm at a great weight for my height. I have very nice lean legs that I love about myself, and my stomach and love handles are where I carry all of my fat. I do not have large amounts of fat, but I'd REALLY like to have one of those nice toned bodies I see. I'm not asking to be a victoria secret model type, because I looove my food, but I really want a nice body! I do not play sports but I have a membership to a gym which offers a lot of exercise opportunities. How much a day would I have to work out, and which machines would help me get rid of the belly fat? I try doing crunches and such at home but that never works. Also, what foods are good to eat and what foods are a no-no?
