I was trying to breath hard and my lips turn white after that?

I feel like I am fainting and I don't see how blood isn't showing on my lips. How come you don't have this problem and I do? I need to know what is happening to me or I better just call an ambulance... I am scared because I am just 15 and I am a male. What can I do?
