What shall I do? Should he have stayed and supported me or am I being stupid?

I went into labour at early hours of the morning 4am. My fianc� didn't help he doesn't drive, he didn't even call an ambulance . His mum drove me to the hospital after i phoned her as he was to busy getting drunk with friends in the kitchen. She finally showed up but it was 3am she slammed the breaks on and my waters broke all over her car. After 15 mins of arriving at the hospital my beautiful baby girl was here. So i didn't take long, Before I'd even had a bath my fianc� went home with his mum. When I think he should've stayed and supported me??
