Is brink a good game to get for the PS3?

I don't know the equivalent of Currency between Pounds and $, but I heard Brink was kinda bad, in the storyline/gameplay way, but if 19.99 is close to $20.00 here, yeah it's worth it, cause it's around $50 right now in the States.
