Track coach is way overworking me! please help! im 13?

Okay kid, I understand your love of track, but you should absolutely tell your father the TRUTH. Lying to your parents is very bad, it hurts them, especially when it concerns your safety. You are there child and they have a natural instinct to do anything and everything to protect you. You have to tell him the truth, your coach is a loser who should be fired. Like I said, I understand you don't want to miss out on track next year but your health is the most important thing here, a coach like that is a dangerous person and shouldn't be allowed to be in charge of kids. Please tell your father, and maybe you and your friends can get enough people involved to have this coach fired and replaced, that way you won't have to worry about missing out one year on track. REMEMBER: NO MATTER WHAT, AS AN ATHLETE YOU STILL HAVE LIMITS, YOUR HEALTH IS THE #1 PRIORITY, SCREW POINTS. Hope this helped, and please tell your father.
