Warped Tour Pre sale tickets help?

I bought Warped Tour Presale Tickets and I have read that they also make you buy a bracelet to get in early even though you already have pre sale tickets? one person said all you have to do is bring a can of food and you get in early? then I heard there is a seperate line for it? can someone explain that too me? Thanks! Oh! and someone once wrote that there was a band that didnt do a signing and she has to use the bracelet to go to the buses for the signing? so can someone please help me out here?
