Urinary track infection AGAIN?

Well in about Feburary 2011; this year, I was diagnosed with a urinary track infection.. And it hurt really bad. Now that I know what it feels like and the symptoms and how bad they were. ( i was rushed to the hospital by ambulance it was so bad ) I think I have it again. I'm in a lot of pain and i have blood in my pee, I had my period 2 weeks ago, I'm very nauseous when I eat or drink, I'm having really bad cramps. But the catch is .. When I had it the first time I never took the medication, i flushed them down the toilet. So is it possible I have it again?
