Why does my dog do this?

I have 3 dogs. Looove them all! I live my gran parents at the moment. 2 of the dogs are theirs , 1 is , well, mine. (F.Y.I. I am only 14 ;3) Whenever I come home the dogs are really excited , jumping up around and of course I go for my dog first but then one dog, she drives me crazy the way she does this, she pushes my dog away and jumps all over me , by the time I get to my dog, he doesn't care anymore. How can I get her to back off, but at the same time show her I love her.
