Downloaded cracked minecraft. will i get caught?

im only 15. but i looove minecraft and i don't wanna get rid of it cause me and my Friend were gonna learn to make mods and help other ppl. neither of us own the game. but as soon as im old enough and get a credit card ill buy it for sure. i just cant atm and im a lil scared i might get caught. but idk how i will.. can someone clear these up?
