I have a torn ligament in my foot?

i just torn a ligament in my foot, and i was screaming of pain for the last hour, and i just don't know where to go next, i fell of my computer chair and just able to get back up, and now i cant move its so painful shall i phone an ambulance what shall i do its urgent please!
