If sony release they ps vita in america first before europe they have FAILED!!!?

A company bases their sales off of the console sale rate. No matter what, the device will be sold in Europe eventually. It isn't where they sell the most of one console. It's where they sell the most of their whole product chain. All consoles. Now I haven't looked into it, but if Europe has bought more Sony products than north america has, then yes, Sony done goofd.
