Motorcycle accident question?

so i was in a bike accident today and the police report determined the car was to blame.now i have only liability insurance but i have health insurance as well. im atm in the hospital and after like 17 xrays and 3 cat scans i was told my hand needs surgery.so i was wondering. would the other persons insurance pay for my medical bills or am i stuck with them? since i was taken in an ambulance the cops took the bike to an impound lot so i was wondering if i have to pay myself to get the bike back in this case?
