My wife made payments on a bill that I didn't agree with, how do I get it off my credit report?

I had ambulances which brought me to the hospital. I didn't authorize them, I know that they can't put them on your credit report unless you start making payments on them. It becomes a revolving account. I never did, my wife gave them little payments with her checks. By the time I could talk some sense into her not sending money, it was too late. they're on my credit report. Could I sue them for putting it on my credit report? I never authorized them, and I never agreed to them. My wife sent the checks with her name on them, they weren't my checks.
