Oceanside, Ca- Fourth of July?

Does anyone know if there will be fireworks? This is my first 4th of July in California, and it is my favorite holiday and I LOOOVE fireworks, so I was wondering if there will be any? If so, do you know where? Time? Well, thanks for help. (:
