Why did J.L. Rovlin copy Stephenie Meyer with the werewolf thing?

First of all, Harry Potter was written WAAAY before Twilight, so it was actually Twilight that would have ripped off Harry Potter. Second, Sirius Black is not a freaking retarded werewolf with absolutely zero personality or any form of a life outside of Bella, and third, WTF is wrong with you?
