Can I use Jazzing with heat after relaxer?

I have very, very short African American hair (less than 2 inches and shaved on the sides). I relax every month or so. I just put a temporary color in my hair--Jazzing--for 20 minutes with no heat. I looove the color. Next week, I am getting a relaxer but want to color it with the Jazzing afterward, since the relaxer will strip the color. Question--if I relax my hair and put the Jazzing in for 30 minutes and sit under a dryer, will I be okay? I want the color to stay, because I wash my hair alot (with conditioner and not shampoo).
